eSSL biometric machines (ZKTeco firmware) feature native Cloud ADMS push technology. Once configured, the device pushes every employee fingerprint/face punch directly to the cloud without needing a computer running in the office.
Open the Machine Menu:
Press the M/OK button on the device keypad (verify admin privileges if locked).
Navigate to Cloud Server Settings:
Select Comm. (Communication) ➔ Cloud Server Setting(On some models this is named ADMS or Web Server Settings).
Enter the Cloud Server Parameters:
Enable Domain Name:
ON / Yes
Server Address:
sap.anandgp.vvid.in
Server Port:
443 (for HTTPS) or 80 (for standard HTTP)
Enable Proxy Server:
OFF / No
Push URL Path:
/attendance/iclock/cdata?vendor=anand_group
(Directs push directly to The Anand Group partition)
Save and Restart:
Press ESC to save settings, then reboot the terminal.
Connection Indicator: Once restarted and connected to internet, check the top icon bar of the eSSL screen. You will see a small Globe / Cloud icon turn green. This confirms the handshake with our server succeeded.
Hikvision face terminals (DS-K1T series) deployed at workshops and district outlets use the HTTP Listening / Event Notification Host protocol to stream face recognition events in real-time.
Open the Terminal Web Interface:
Connect a laptop to the same local Wi-Fi/LAN as the terminal. Open a web browser and navigate to the device IP: http://192.168.1.xxx (Find IP via Hikvision SADP Tool).
Log In as Administrator:
Enter username admin and your device password.
Navigate to HTTP Listening:
Go to: Configuration ➔ Network ➔ Advanced Settings ➔ HTTP Listening (On some firmware versions, locate: Configuration ➔ System ➔ Event Notification Host).
Configure the Host Settings:
Host Name / IP:
sap.anandgp.vvid.in
Port No.:
443 (HTTPS) or 80 (HTTP)
HTTP URL Path:
/api/hikvision_receiver.php?vendor=anand_group
Parameter Type:
JSON
Event Type to Listen:
Check Access Control Event (Face Verification Passed)
Click Save:
Press Save. The terminal will immediately begin streaming face punches to the portal.
Instant Test: Have any technician or staff member stand before the terminal. You will see their punch appear live on the portal within 1 second!
If Anand Group already maintains existing desktop computers running biometric management software, you can stream attendance data directly from those applications:
eTimeTrackLite Sync
eTimeTrackLite stores logs locally in MS Access (.mdb) or SQL Server. You can post batch punches via JSON REST API:
POST https://sap.anandgp.vvid.in/api/essl_push.php
In iVMS-4200 Client ➔ Maintenance and Management ➔ System Configuration ➔ OpenAPI / Webhook, add our webhook endpoint to forward all branch terminal events automatically:
POST https://sap.anandgp.vvid.in/api/hikvision_receiver.php
Network Requirements & Troubleshooting
1. Port & Firewall Settings
The biometric machines only need outbound internet access. No static public IP or port forwarding is required at the dealership or construction site routers:
Outbound Port 443 (HTTPS) or Port 80 (HTTP) must be allowed on the branch router.
DNS: Ensure the machine has a valid DNS server set (e.g. 8.8.8.8 or router IP) so it can resolve sap.anandgp.vvid.in.
2. What if eSSL cloud icon stays yellow/grey?
• Check if Default Gateway is configured in the machine network menu.
• Verify DNS is set to 8.8.8.8.
• If Port 443 doesn't connect on older eSSL firmware, switch Port to 80.
3. What if an employee punches but no name shows?
The punch is logged against their Employee Code / Badge ID (e.g. #10042). Once we import the Employee Master Excel tomorrow, the system automatically binds employee names, departments, and photos to those IDs.
